Account Coordinator, Public Relations — Remote
Job type: Full-time and salaried
Reputation Ink is a woman-owned marketing and public relations agency focused on B2B professional services firms, including law firms and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms. In 2026, the agency was named to the Inc. 5000 and was a finalist for PRWeek’s Outstanding Boutique Agency award. As a fully remote agency, all Rep Ink team members work from home offices across the United States and Canada, serving clients nationwide.
We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-obsessed Account Coordinator to join our team. If you love translating complex ideas into clear, compelling stories — and you’re as comfortable crafting a pitch as you are managing clients — we want to hear from you.
TO APPLY: Please send a resume and cover letter describing why you’re a good fit for this role and why it interests you to [email protected]. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
